Who We Are
100 Women Who Care Hamilton-Wentworth (100WWC) is a volunteer-led giving circle.
We are an informal group of women from different demographics and walks of life united by our shared passion for making a positive impact in our community.
What We Do
Every quarter, we bring together 100 (or more) compassionate women from Hamilton-Wentworth and provide a platform to raise funds and awareness for local charities.
Before each meeting, our members nominate organizations with immediate need. These nominees undergo a vetting process by our Leadership Team, and three are randomly selected one week before our gathering.
During our one-hour meeting, representatives from the three nominated charities present their cases, and we collectively choose a recipient through a majority vote. Each of our 100+ members contributes $100, the impact of which multiplies exponentially, resulting in a transformational donation of $10,000 or more to the selected charity.
